Return and Refund Policy

Every BLAKK Canvas Print Co. product is made to order. Because of this, we d not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including ordering the wrong size or changing your mind after receiving the item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us withing 30 days of delivery. Include your number and clear photos showing the problem. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. you will not normally need to return the damaged or defective item.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so the issue can be reviewed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once production has started, cancellation or refund may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
